Happiness and Good Byes

Hello pretty ladies :)

I aint writin any beauty related post , I jz wanted to share my happiness and memories with you all...I  decided to quit and give my self a nice long break from working  where I can enjoy and relax to the fullest.

I've been loving going to bed every day without setting up an alarm at 6 , So relaxing and peaceful :)

On my last working day my frenz gave me THIS AMAZING STUFF :-

 

 

Books, magazine , A biiiig mug , a cute card , a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates and lots of memories :)

 

I love love  love reading books , I could spend my entire time reading books and not get bored. The chocolate box went empty in less than 2 days ha ha ha .... I aint a big chocoholic but I jz could not resist my self to these .....

D.I.Y. Cucumber Face Pack

Heyo beauties :*

First of all I'd LOVE to wish you all a very happy December , this is my fav month and I thought I would welcome December by sharing a simple D.I.Y to keep your skin smooth , fresh and hydrated in winter.


What I really like about this pack is , it is very simple and all you need are just TWO INGREDIENTS , this pack is just perfect for a lazy girl like me....

D.I.Y  CUCUMBER FACE PACK.

This pack will help to keep your skin hydrated, smooth, gives a fresh glow and makes your skin feeling refreshingly cool.


INGREDIENTS

* 1 cucumber
*  1 Tbsp Sugar



METHOD

1. Peel a Cucumber , cut it, mash and make a paste .

 

 

2.   Add 1 tbsp. of sugar to the mashed cucumber and mix well.

3.  Place it in the refrigerator until cool.


4. Apply it to your face and leave it on for 15-20 mins .


That is all you need galz... This pack is that simple and quick , try it and I hope you love this pack as much as I do.

Stay beautiful this winter

Heyo Beauties :*


No matter what the reason what ever be the season we jz wanna look our pretty best . Its winter time and we face major issues with our skin going dry and irritating. I'm gonna share what I do when itz winter time to keep my skin healthy and happy.

1. EXFOLIATE

Take a little quantity of sugar & pour a few drops of honey [ enough mixture for your face and lips ]. Now take this mixture & apply on your face , scrub in circular motion. This removes dead skin build up and keeps you lookin radiant.
    Exfoliate 2-3 times a week.

2. MOISTURIZE

Moisturize your self from head to toe soon after you get out of the shower . The one I love the best for winter is Vivel Body lotion, skin feels so well nourished and richly moisturized.

3. SPF

Sunscreen is a must even in winter , don't forget to step out without sunscreen and its better if we carry a small pack of moisturizer with us for our face . I prefer Nivea Soft coz it contains Vitamin E & Jojoba oil, both these ingredients are best to give you a soft supple skin.

4. HOT OIL MASSAGE

 

 

Our scalp tends to get really dry and itchy during winter , give your self a good hot oil massage atleast once a week so that your hair is beautiful and nourished .

 

 

 

         5. Lip balm

 

 

 

 

It would be a sin forgetting this product. We love our lips and winter we just need to love them lots more, don't let your lips get chapped , use your fav lip balm and make sure even before you go to bed you seal your lips with lip balm.

 

 

Don't let the winter dryness make you any less beautiful continue to glow drink lots of water and stay hydrated . LOVE YOU ALL

Nivea lip butter - Caramel cream review

Hello beautiful gals :)


Today I am gonna be reviewing Nivea lip butter in Caramel cream. I was waiting for the lip butters from Nivea to come to India soon, so , when I saw this lip butter at Health & Glow I was soooooooooooooo thrilled ...I took a long long looooong time to decide to pick up the Caramel Cream lip butter or the Raspberry one. I finalized on Caramel cream coz I hav a lip balm in Raspberry from The Body Shop and  Caramel would be some thing new in my lip product collection.


Without wasting much time lets talk about the product.

First things first . What I love about this product is it smells so heavenly delicious I am not gonna lie you've gotta try to believe me. It smells of all things yummyliciously edible .I feel like licking it ,the fragrance is the best ,I close my eyes as I take in the fragrance and I am automatically reminded of cookies and puddings. Its Caramel and it makes me fall in love with it even more. As I am writing this review I am stopping by just to sniff it up a lil bit and I just want more and more of it, this smells that deliciously crazy.

Take a lil bit of this product and its like you are spreading your finger on a butter. It is that buttery soft   :*   :*  :)   :)

Ingredients

It even contains Shea Butter and Almond Oil which do a great job to pamper and hydrate your lips. I am a total lip product junkie and I love pampering my lips. You can wear this Lip Butter alone or on top of your fav lipstick. The lip balm has a subtle shine not the glossy shine though.

Pros:-

* I love the tin packaging , small and convenient [ it ll fit in comfortably in your jean pocket or yo small clutch ]

* Smells heavenly delicious [ soooo good that you would wanna lick it up ]

* Contains some real good ingredients to moisturize and protect your lips.

* Long lasting moisturizing effect.

Cons:-

* No SPF , a lil bit SPF would be a bonus to this fab product.

I tried this and love it... Its my current obsession now.

Beauty tricks when you slept less and wanna look fresh

Hello beautiful girls  

Dint get your 7 hours beauty sleep last night ? and now you look dull and feel bad ??? Yea I know that feeling girls...We have all been through times where we scored our self maybe just 5 hours of sleep or in some cases even less .[For me itz during exam time or when I catch up with frenz , I end up going to bed really late and wake up feelin DYYYYYYIIIIIIUUUUUMMMMM I LOOK SO TIRED AND ZOMBIE LIKE ]

 Take a deep breath and relax as I show you some simple tricks


1. Fake a healthy glow

    After you wash your face spray on some rose water , pat dry and apply a BB cream of your choice.
    Rose water +BB cream = Healthy fresh glow.

2. Reduce puffiness

Pack ice cube in a cloth and place on your eyes to reduce redness and puffiness .Cold tea bags also do the same trick .No ice cubes or tea bags ??? CHHHHHHIIIIIILLLLL ...take 2 stainless steel spoons and keep in freezer for 10 mins , then place it on your eyes ,this does the trick too.

3. Draw attention away from your eyes [ ROCK YO LIPS GAL ]

Focus on your lips . Use a bright lip color than usual , could be glossy lips in pinks or lipsticks in Coral/ Pink/Red . BUT NOT BROWN ; Browns just wont work out .

Today I am going to be reviewing a lipstick I keep re-purchasing , a lipstick you will always find in my bag [ even though I am wearing a different shade on my lips , I still like to keep this in my bag ]

Before I was a total lipgloss person ..I was never into lipsticks , this is the first lipstick I tried and I love it and ever since then I am Hooked on pink ; literally guyzz!!! and the shade name is perfect , it is what it says ....

Itz a beautiful shade of pink . The lipstick is moisturizing it does not dry out your lips. It is long lasting and feels very comfortable on your lips . With this lipstick I just wear it alone sans the lipbalm. YES , IT IS THAT MOISTURIZING , unlike the Superstay lipsticks also from Maybelline which completely left my lips feeling dry and begging for some moisturizing effect.

You can build up the color to make it dark or light ...I just dot and dab it on instead of swiping and gliding . I like to keep the shade a lil close to natural.

Soft lips INSTANTLY

SOFT LIPS

In this fast pace life we all want instant results. Some of us are just too busy and find no time so we look for products which promise instant results , so just sit back and read my article I' ll show you 2 simple ways that would help you achieve soft lips INSTANTLY !!!!


  Exfoliation is the key to soft lips.

1. Sugar and Honey Scrub.                                                                                                 

         OK so the name itself is pretty self explanatory . These 2 items can be easily found in your kitchen so you need not purchase any thing from outside. Take a little quantity of sugar like half a spoon or even less and add a lil honey , now apply this mixture on your lips and gently rub in circular motion or just trace and rub your lips with this mixture . Leave it for 10 mins  [ resist yourself from licking :p ] and wash.


2.   Brush away.

   All you need is a baby tooth brush [ because it has soft bristles and wont be harsh on your lips ]  and Vaseline petroleum jelly or any lip balm of your choice. Apply a thick coating of Vaseline / Lip balm & let it sit on your lips for 3-5 mins . After this brush , yes, brush your lips . It removes away dead skin and exfoliates leaving behind soft kissable lips.


   Try any of the method as it is super easy and quick ,not just the task but the result too.

  Thinking peaches already ? You' ll smell like one too !!!!. Squirt a lil bit on your loofah & you are ready to smell fruity & delicious .

Vineyard Peach Body Lotion.

Done with shower ....Now what ??? ...moisturize moisturize moisturize your body. Give it a little fruit treat & what better fruit than peach. The body lotion comes in a pump bottle and it moisturizes your skin amazingly.

 I had tried the Strawberry Collection before but I must say I AM IN LOVE with the peach fragrance. I re-apply the body lotion on my palm and neck so that I smell delicious and fruity through out.

These are the 7 beauty essentials you need for college:-

• Sunscreen-   With spf 15 , don't forget to re-apply before you step out.
• Face wash- Carry a face wash to remove any excess oil or dirt and to basically freshen your self up .I recommend Clean & Clear Face wash .
• Kajal- A little bit kajal on your lower eye rim area can change your look , so just carry a pencil for touch up
• Lip balm- I love keeping my lips moisturized and hydrated , no one likes chapped lips so make this product your quintessential. You could choose your favourite from a variety of lip balms available.
• Blotting sheets- These are basically oil absorbing sheets, its super inexpensive and very handy ,I  use the ones from Clean & Clear.
• Comb- YES , we all wanna look presentable so we need a comb to style our hair and keep it tangle free.
• Mints- Carry a pack of mint to avoid bad breath or just pop in a mint after lunch.

Fix eye make up in a jiffy

Dip a cotton swab in make up remover and trace it along your lids to erase any slip ups

2  QUICK TIPS FOR YOU USING HONEY

 

 

 

1.LIGHTEN YOUR TAN

Mix together an egg white and a tablespoon honey .Apply this mixture twice a week and leave it on your face for 15-20 mins and wash. You will notice the difference in your skin tone.

 

 

 

2.BLACK HEADS AND WHITE HEADS

Cleanse your face with a cleansing milk ,take steam so that the pores open and now apply warm honey on the affected area of black heads/white heads ,leave on for 10 mins and rinse off with clear water.
